When you book an artist through Headliner you are automatically covered by our Buyer Protection Policy. We believe in taking care of our bookers, making sure that your experience is stress-free, risk-free and enjoyable. Your event is our and our artists’ reputation, and from search to performance we aim to give you an outstanding experience.

 

Accountability & Quality

We take great pride in the quality of our acts, and we have a thorough vetting and quality-checking process in place. We also require all of our acts to carry Public Liability Insurance, minimising your risk.

Our system ensures that there is a paper trail of everything discussed between you and the act you are booking, making it easy for both us and you to keep an overview of performance agreements.

Finally, our Accountability and Quality Promise also include replacement acts. In the event that your chosen act has to pull out we will provide you with a replacement act at no extra cost. We will endeavour to find another act in the same vein and of the same quality as the act you originally booked.

Secure Payment

We take payment security very seriously, which is why all transactions take place through our secure on-site system. We hold the fee securely and pay the act two working days after your event. In addition, in the unfortunate event of you having to cancel we will refund 50% of your deposit when you cancel more than 3 months before your event.
